I'm stitching on the recommended 30ct Liberty fabric and I'm still undecided as to whether I like it or not. I feel that the fabric holes are 'big' compared to 32ct. Silly I know, but as I usually stitch on 28ct or 32ct linen, it just feels different. Still love what I have managed to stitch though.

So pretty! You seem to be doing lovely work on the 30 ct. maybe you will get used to stitching on it. I love JN's samplers and this one is on my list of the one's I'd like to stitch sometime.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I don't think I've ever seen this one stitched up, so I'm looking forward to following your progress :)
ReplyDeleteGive the fabric more chance. It may be because you don't usually stitch on it so are not used to it? It LOOKS good to me so far!
Lovely! The soft colours are so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful start! This was one of my favorite pieces to stitch!
ReplyDeleteFantastic start! This one is in my stash too! Must make myself stick to one at a time. Seeing all of these projects stitched makes me want to start them all! LOL!

ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely Mary, such pretty colour palette on the JN designs. I should get mine out and start a new one sometime ....
ReplyDeleteThank you for your encouraging comments. I'm getting used to the fabric but I haven't fallen 'in love' with it yet :)
